Regarding the Tokyo accommodation tax until now, we have been including it in the accommodation fee (sales price) and billing it to our guests. However, starting from stays after April 1, 2024 (Monday), the accommodation tax will be separately charged upon check-in, apart from the accommodation fee (sales price). The accommodation fees posted on the site include only service charges and consumption tax. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
