Regarding the Tokyo accommodation tax until now, we have been including it in the accommodation fee (sales price) and billing it to our guests. However, starting from stays after April 1, 2024 (Monday), the accommodation tax will be separately charged upon check-in, apart from the accommodation fee (sales price). The accommodation fees posted on the site include only service charges and consumption tax. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. Please be aware that accommodation tax according to the accommodation fee will be separately charged as follows: For stays with a fee of 10,000 yen or more per person: 100 yen/night For stays with a fee of 15,000 yen or more per person: 200 yen/night Even for pre-paid reservations, we kindly request that the accommodation tax be borne during check-in. ■ Date: From stays on April 1, 2024 (Monday) onwards
