  〇About Advance Check-in We offer "pre-check-in," which allows you to complete your accommodation procedures before the regular check-in time. ・Once you receive the pre-check-in registration email, register your Suica to ensure a smooth check-in. *You can pre-check in even if you do not register your Suica. 〇About the Procedure ・Check-in and check-out are completed using the check-in machine. To check in, you will need your reservation number, QR code, or the Suica card you registered during pre-check-in. ・Cash payments are not accepted. We accept credit cards (signatures not accepted), QR codes, and transportation IC cards (PiTaPa cards only). *When paying with a transportation IC card, the maximum payment amount is ¥20,000. Please note that this cannot be used in conjunction with other payment methods. 〇About the Service We have revised our service to provide you with only what you need for that one night, with elegance and quality. ・We do not accept requests for specific room numbers or room locations, or for additional linens or amenities. ・Amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face and hand soap, toothbrushes, razors, body towels, bath salts, and coffee) are available. *Hairbrushes and other items are not provided, so please bring your own if necessary. ・Luggage storage, delivery pickup, and shipping services are not available. ・Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. *There are no smoking areas within the hotel. 〇Cloud Reception ・There are no service staff on-site at the hotel. ・If you have any questions, you can access the hotel at any time via chat or video call from the check-in machine or your smartphone.

  Room cleaning during consecutive stays

  ■Regardless of the number of days you stay, we will perform fixed cleaning every day of the week. "Detailed information is available on the door in the guest room." Monday: Cleaning including vacuuming/changing sheets 　Tuesday-Sunday: Cleaning without vacuuming/changing sheets ■Cleaning will be done between 10:00am and 2:00pm. ■We do not allow cleaning while guests are in the room. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please go out when you want to clean.
