"Bara-yaki" is beef belly meat and plenty of onions seasoned with a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based sauce. It is a regular gourmet dish at the B-1 Grand Prix, and has even won the championship. It is the proud soul food of Towada, Aomori Prefecture. ■Hot spring■ "Free-flowing hot spring water" The bath at Tsuta Onsen is a very rare "free-flowing hot spring water" in Japan. The bathtub is placed above the hot spring water, and the raw hot spring water flows from the bottom of the bathtub. The pure water, which does not pass through pipes, is full of the blessings of nature. Please enjoy this secret hot spring that has been around for a thousand years since the Heian period.
