Plan overview ～①Encounter with Nara sake～ We have prepared 300ml of Junmai Ginjo sake from Harushika Imanishi Seibei Shoten (Naramachi, Nara City) in your room. You can enjoy Nara sake in your room. ～②Encounter with a sake brewery～ Visit a sake brewery to experience the charm of Nara sake even more. Harushika Imanishi Seibei Shoten offers sake tasting experiences, and customers who book this plan can enjoy the experience for free. Harushika Imanishi Seibei Shoten Business days and hours 10:00-16:30 *Reservations are not required for sake tasting. Closed Second and fourth Tuesdays of every month Harushika is open on Saturdays and Sundays, but the phone is not connected. History of Harushika The sake brewery was established in 1884 (Meiji 17). In 1894 (Meiji 27), it became a purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency. The sake was named after Kasuga Taisha Shrine and its divine beast, the deer. From its founding to the present day, the brewery has passed down the tradition of Nanto Morohaku (Nara-style sake), and continues to brew light, mellow sake with a bright, sharp flavor using highly polished rice. The sake is brewed based on the manufacturing philosophy of "polish the rice, polish the water, polish the technique, and polish the heart."
