[Hotota Tomb Group] A group of three keyhole-shaped tombs: Hachimanzuka Tomb, Futagoyama Tomb, and Yakushizuka Tomb. The three tombs are the tombs of powerful clansmen from about 1,500 years ago, and all of them are keyhole-shaped tombs with mounds about 100 meters long. They are surrounded by a vast double moat and many haniwa clay figures are lined up. [Kamitsukenosato] Kamitsukenosato Museum is an archaeological museum that exhibits human and animal haniwa clay figures from the late 5th century (Kofun period) excavated from the southeastern foot of Mt. Haruna, as well as models that recreate the time.
