It is mainly found off the coast of Tohoku to off the coast of Hokkaido, so it is hardly known south of Kansai. Simply grill it with salt to enjoy. ■What is Kinkin?■ The official name of "kinkin" is "Kichiji", but it is also commonly called "kinki" or "menme".
