Collect your points and enjoy great deals. ~Recreating the dishes eaten by feudal lords at Okayama Korakuen~ "Okayama Korakuen: The Feudal Lord's Treats Book," created by the Korakuen Charm Improvement Committee, is a collection of recipes that recreate the dishes eaten by feudal lords based on the document "The Feudal Lord's Records," in order to create new attractions for Okayama Korakuen. We have now received certification from "Okayama Korakuen: The Feudal Lord's Treats Book," and have prepared Hotel Granvia Okayama's version of "Okayama Korakuen Feudal Lord's Gozen." Enjoy the feudal lord's hospitality dishes of "Yutakko, Taiushiho, Duck Chawanmushi, and Broad Bean Jelly," as well as Kibizen's unique arrangement of "Kakashi Sushi," Okayama's chirashi sushi, which was created by the frugality order of Ikeda Mitsumasa, the lord of Bizen in the Edo period.
