It is a nationally designated Important Cultural Property. As a townhouse architecture representative of Kurashiki in the late Edo period, it features distinctive designs such as "Kurashiki lattice" and "Kurashiki windows." When you enter the house, you will be greeted by a spectacular view of the neatly laid stone paving on the approximately 2300m2 site, the row of storehouses, and the Japanese garden that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the world below.
