Please call the staff using the phone next to the check-in machine on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Tickets can be handed over at any time on the day. *We do not send it by mail. [About children's tickets] Tickets will not be given to children sleeping with the child. Children's tickets will be sold at a preferential price only for customers who book this plan.
